broken so she want order the new one
Audio 24: They can’t delivery any books, they are
sorry for delay
Audio 25: He is complain for his order because the
delivery is late again so she ask when he place his order
Audio 26: His printer doesn’t work, she told him to
return it so she can look at it for him.
